How do I log in/register and see wholesale prices?
To access wholesale prices, click on the "Wholesale Register" link on our home page and complete the new customer form with as much detail as possible. After receiving your information, we will contact you via telephone to authorize and approve your account as a trade customer. You will then receive an email notification to activate/create your password. Once logged in, all prices will automatically display at wholesale rates.
Do I need to be a registered company?
No, you don't need to be a registered company. However, we do require some details about your current or planned trading activities to authorize a wholesale account.
What happens if my account is inactive?
In the event of 30 consecutive days of inactivity, your account will be subject to automatic deactivation. A notification will be issued 7 days prior to this action.
Purchase
What is your minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases?
We do require a minimum order quantity: 100,000 Baht/brand. However, small orders may take longer to process because we need to wait for a full pallet to ship from the manufacturer's warehouse. For larger orders (e.g., one pallet), we can ship promptly.

Can I get items shipped directly to a customer?
Yes, we offer dropshipping. Any wholesale customer is free to place dropship orders, allowing items to be shipped directly to your customers.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Typically, air cargo from the EU to Asia takes around 3 days, but preparing the order, packing, and booking can vary from 3 to 14 days depending on several factors.
Inland transportation within Asia usually takes between 3 to 5 days, depending on the delivery address.
For sea freight deliveries, please allow approximately 2 months.
